  It was not a surprise that Silverlake Ramen's little sibling dished up good ramen - it was a surprise that the service didn't impress.
  
  Star 1: How were the service and atmosphere?
  
  To be totally honest, this star is typically a shoe in. It's very rare that I'm put off by service or atmosphere, but that really was the case here at Silverlake Ramen 2GO. I walked in on a Sunday evening and was pleased to find that there were only two other people seated and no one ordering at the counter. I proceeded to walk up to the counter and just sort of sit and stare at the woman behind the counter, who was chatting away with her coworker. I must have stood there for a full minute or so before being asked what I wanted, as if I was the world's largest inconvenience. It was rough, and when I made a substitution in adding a jalapeno it was received again as if I'd robbed the place blind.
  
  The ramen did come out quickly after ordering, but the service was poor. No Star.
  
  Star 2: How were the portions relative to the cost?
  
  $10.50 for a decent sized bowl of Tonkotsu - good stuff. Star.
  
  Stars 3 and 4: How was the food?
  
  This was good ramen from the well cooked noodles to the fantastic flavor and broth that was added to thanks to a fresh sliced jalapeno. Good noodles, good broth, good ramen. Two Stars.
  
  Star 5: Would you be excited to go back?
  
  For the quality of the ramen yes, but given the sub-par service I wouldn't be excited to come back. No Star.

  DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. ORDER FROM THE MAIN SILVERLAKE RAMEN. I have no clue why, but without fail, they will screw up your order here. It's immensely frustrating, because the quality is good, but I've ordered here about 10 times and all have been wrong.
  
  I just don't get how they can be this incompetent.

  I've been going to Silverlake ramen for years - the food is consistently delicious.
  
  We ordered two items from 2go tonight - blaze with chicken and a blaze with pork, requested no ramen noodles on the pork (just extra veggies that they normally toss in, like seaweed and bean sprouts). Weird? Sure - but the broth is my favorite part.
  
  My husband comes home with the pickup order and instead of chicken we have tofu, and instead of pork ramen there is an actual pork salad - Pork on top of two cups of mixed salad greens, with broth on the side. We drove all the way back to get them to correct the order. No apologies given.
  
  We got home with the second attempt. The pork was cold and tough. I actually spit it out of my mouth. What an absolute waste of money and time.

  Great tasting ramen for the most part. But the wait is ridiculous. The staff really seem like they are very confused and have no idea what's going on. There are any 10 bags of food on the counter and several people waiting inside. I'm assuming this place was opened to take pressure off of the primary location by providing an easy place to order take out on like grub hub and postmates but there's obviously something very wrong with the way they are organizing and scheduling delivery.
  
  The other night I was going to order through postmates and saw that there was a "party" which means free delivery. I was going through the process of ordering and they must have marked the location as "closed" DURING the party so I couldn't even submit my over even though postmates was providing a discount for this location!! They even had a timer that had not run out.
  
  Today, I've been here over 30 minutes on a Monday night and I was just handed my food. I was leaving a 2 Star review on Yelp already for the insanity but after reading other reviews and I checked my order... And it was wrong! So now I'm waiting more. Incredible. Maybe this is a tech problem here? Check your orders!!!
